With the preferred brand of TJBC, Kainuo produces a variety of hose clamps, stainless steel no-hub couplings and gaskets which are widely applied in the industries of auto oil pipeline, motor pipeline, drainage system, and so on. The output is 1 million per day.
The floor space of Kainuo is 340, 000 M2, the building area is 250, 000 M2. In the year of 2008 and 2016, Kainuo set up two joint venture companies, one with a Japanese company, and the other with a Korean company.
The brand of TJBC is honored as famous brand in China, and registered in USA, EU, Russia, Japan etc. Kainuo has adhered to the quality principle of "Continuous improvement to meet customer's requirement" and got ISO 9001: 2000 certification, IATF 16949: 2016 auto industrial certification. Kainuo also obtains the UPC approval from IAPMO, NF approval of France, and CE approval of Europe.
In order to improve the hose clamp quality, Kainuo brings in many advanced lab equipments, including material spectrometer, zinc coating thickness testing machine, salt spray testing machine, cupping testing machine, metallographic microscope, automatic torque testing machine, pulse experiment etc. In the year of 2015, Kainuo got the BSCI approval from TUV. In the year of 2018, Kainuo got the GB/T 24001-2016/ISO 14001: 2005 certification and OHSAS 18001: 2007 certification.
Kainuo owns a complete industry chain including molds processing, products manufacturing, surface treatment, rubber vulcanizing, and screw production. In China, Kainuo serves lots of major automotive OEMs in China as the certified supplier, for example, Sinotruck Group, Baic Foton, Weichai power, Baic Motor, Changan Coach, Changan Ford, Lifan, and so on.
